As part of New Jersey’s clean energy initiatives, PSE&G offers customized energy efficiency solutions for homeowners and renters, regardless of income.
Eligible participants may receive:
- A free home energy assessment
- Substantial energy efficiency, health, and safety upgrades at no cost
- Up to $6,000 in rebates for energy-saving home improvements with interest-free, on-bill repayment options

Comfort Partners Program
Thank you! Based on your responses, you qualify for Comfort Partners, a free program that helps income-eligible customers learn how to save energy while increasing their home’s overall health and safety. In addition to a FREE assessment, your no cost upgrades may include:
- Thermostats
- Insulation upgrades
- Efficient lighting products
- Air sealing
- Tune-ups of heating/cooling equipment
- Ductwork sealing and repair
- Refrigerator and/or freezer replacement
- And other measures.

Home Weatherization Program
Thank you! Based on your responses, you qualify for the Home Weatherization Program which includes a FREE home energy efficiency assessment and may include additional energy efficiency, health, and safety upgrades at no charge:

Whole Home Energy Assessment
Thank you! Based on your responses, you can start by scheduling a FREE Whole Home Energy Assessment. In about one hour, a certified PSE&G energy efficiency adviser can do a walk-through of your home, provide recommendations, and install energy-saving products—all at no cost.
After your assessment, you may be referred to Whole Home Energy Solutions, which provides up to $6,000 in rebates for energy-saving home improvements with interest-free, on-bill repayment options.
You can also choose to go directly to Whole Home Energy Solutions (WHES) and sign up for the more comprehensive WHES home energy assessment (a contractor fee will likely apply). Select a Whole Home Energy Solutions contractor using PSE&G’s online portal.
Your FREE home energy assessment may include:
- Smart thermostat
- LED light bulbs
- Faucet aerators
- Efficient-flow showerheads
- Shower head adapters
- Advanced power strips
- Water heater pipe insulation

This FREE program helps income-eligible customers learn how to save energy while increasing the comfort and safety of their apartment or house.
Home Weatherization Program
(Renters and Homeowners)
PSE&G residential customers may be eligible for a FREE home energy efficiency assessment and may save customers 5% to 30% on their energy bill by making energy efficiency upgrades identified during their assessment.
Whole Home Energy Assessment
(Homeowners)
Get a FREE home energy assessment to understand your home’s energy use and discover ways to reduce waste. Plus, saving products at no cost are available to be installed during your appointment.
